Tim Shelburn
Timothy (Tim) Shelburn is a serial entrepreneur and investor with over 35 years of experience fostering loyalty, creativity, and the ability turn potential into opportunity that has led multiple organizations into previously uncharted markets.
As a trusted advisor among CEOs, visionaries, and co-investors, Shelburn has leveraged his innovative product development and technical expertise to build distinctive organizations, utilizing his strong networking capabilities to creatively cross-market businesses across multiple channels. Trailblazing these multi-million-dollar entrepreneurial achievements across various industries, Tim has consistently been at the forefront of innovation in all his business ventures. Among the sectors in which he has been actively involved as an executive, board member or investor are healthcare services, retail, energy conservation, hospitality services, financial management & consulting, casino-gaming, technology, and application development. Tim is most known for his tireless work ethic, energetic presentation, and relentless approach.
Some of Shelburn’s greatest achievements include the co-creation of one of the first internet via satellite services, which ultimately competed with AT&T; the invention of the multi-country patented Double Ball Roulette casino game, which was debuted at the 2013 Global Gaming Expo; the engineering and casino placement of Prize Gaming Tables, which was then strategically marketed through product placement on various television networks, including History Channel’s famous Counting Cars. He has also partnered and launched over five restaurants and three retail clothing stores across the Nation.
In 2017, bankruptcies in the retail sector intensified leading to a spike in store closings; Shelburn immediately pioneered a momentum shift and partnered with various management groups to incorporate unique experiences to shoppers leveraging the underutilized space. He co-founded and built HeadzUp Vegas, a 24,610 sq. ft. family attraction facility that featured a 3D trick art museum, escape rooms, archery tag arena, and axe throwing cages; Rex Center; an indoor family centric amusement park with mini golf, go-karts, laser tag, rock climbing, and axe throwing; and Step Right Up, another experience attraction which included interactive 3D Trick Art, 3D projection mapping, Illusion mirror rooms, old-fashion carnie games, axe throwing, and one-of-a-kind escape rooms. In partnership with Joe Cortez, Shelburn contributed to the first brick and mortar Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame attracting boxing fans from around the globe, which until then, only existed virtually since 2013.
In 2020, the pandemic did not stop Shelburn. He built and operated 100+ rapid testing clinics providing free COVID-19 & Flu testing services Nationwide. Collection Sites, LLC generated over $100M in sales in 16 months and was later sold to Medivolve, Inc.
